Application and data hosting (app.navo.so)
Sovereign infrastructure operated directly by Navo
The app.navo.so application, with all its modules (schedules, dispatch, shuttle sheets, e-invoicing, CPAM electronic billing) and all production databases, is hosted and operated directly by Navo in France.

Identity management and authentication
Secure access and permission control
Identity and access management (IAM) for user and driver accounts is operated through Cloud‑IAM (Keycloak Enterprise as a Service).

Realm in FranceThe Navo authentication instance is hosted in the Cloud‑IAM France region. It provides session management, multi-factor authentication (MFA) and role-based access control (RBAC), in compliance with the GDPR.
Intellectual property
Protection of creations, trademarks and software
All elements of navo.so and app.navo.so (texts, graphic design, logos, trademarks, icons, illustrations, screenshots, source code, dispatch algorithms, interfaces and databases) are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code and applicable international treaties.
Any reproduction, representation, distribution, extraction, decompilation, reverse engineering or modification, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Navo is prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable under articles L.335‑2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
Service availability and liability
Operating commitments and limits of warranty
Navo strives to keep the services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Access may however be interrupted without notice for scheduled maintenance, security upgrades or in the event of force majeure.
Navo cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from unavailability of the Internet, an external intrusion or a failure of the user’s equipment or mobile devices.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Legal framework and dispute resolution
This legal notice, the use of navo.so and contractual relations regarding app.navo.so are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the competent French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
